Tour Booking Conditions
  1. To apply, please contact the official travel agency at the latest 2 days prior to the tour date.
  2. For the DMZ tour, all travelers must bring their passports on the tour.
  3. Payment can be made to the tour guide either in cash or by credit card on the tour date.
  4. Tours are subject to change or cancellation if the number of participants fails to reach the set minimum.
  5. Departure time may change. The confirmed time will be informed by the travel agency via e-mail.
  6. Since the DMZ is operated by the military, the trip may be cancelled or changed without prior notice.
  7. In case of cancellation, the travel agency will contact you individually.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  1. Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled date: 50% penalty of the tour cost.
  2. Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% penalty of the tour cost
