The IDEN 2019 scientific program committee will select Best Posters and Distinguished Posters based on the submitted abstracts and presentations at the conference.

Grants

• 1. Best Poster (will receive a certificate of award and cash prize)
• 2. Distinguished Poster Presentation (will receive a certificate of award)

Eligibility

• 1. The applicant should be a participant who presents an abstract accepted for poster presentation.
• 2. The applicant must pay the registration fees and attend the conference.

Notification

• 1. The scientific program committee will judge their onsite presentations on the day of the conference.
• 2. Awardees will be announced on the message board and via email during the conference.
• 3. Best Poster Awardees are required to attend the award ceremony.

We are pleased to announce that the IDEN 2019 organizing committee will offer travel grants to overseas participants to encourage their active participation in this conference. For questions regarding travel grants, please contact the secretariat at info@iden.or.kr.

Grants

Awardees will receive a travel grant in the amount of USD 500.

Eligibility

• 1. Presenters of accepted abstracts are eligible.
• 2. The presenter must complete payment of all applicable pre-registration fees.
• 3. Overseas participants must reside outside of Korea. Overseas participants residing in Korea may not apply for
      the travel grant

Regulations

• 1. Only one travel grant will be awarded per application, even if more than one abstract is submitted.
• 2.The travel grant will only be given to the presenter specified on the abstract.

Application Procedure

• 1. The applicant must submit the following items to the secretariat (info@iden.or.kr):
       · Application form
       · Copy of passport
       · E-ticket receipt of the flight (after acceptance notification)
• 2. The organizing committee will conduct the reviewing process and notify the awardees by email.
• 3. Acceptance will be notified before the conference. Awardees will receive a cash prize at the conference venue.
